Yes — and we always do. In Ontario, most electrical work requires an ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) permit and inspection. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection, and provide you with the Certificate of Inspection. Unpermitted electrical work is a liability issue during home sales and insurance claims.
